WELCOME PARTY (Friday): "Dinner Casual" or "Dressier Casual" attire. We also recommend bringing or wearing a light jacket in case it gets chillier in the evening. WEDDING (Saturday): "Formal Attire" (e.g. Suits, Tuxes, Dresses). BREAKFAST (Sunday): "Very Casual" (i.e. whatever you feel comfortable in). No need to dress up - this breakfast is all about comfort, coffee, and carbs ;)

Shuttle service will be provided to and from this hotel and our wedding venue on Saturday afternoon and evening.

Unfortunately not; however, there will be a shuttle service to and from the wedding venue and hotel that will be making multiple trips throughout the night.

If you’re flying in for the weekend, we recommend renting a car. We are not providing transportation for the Friday welcome event at Harley and Rachel’s house. We recommend carpooling with those who are driving, and if you need any assistance with this, just let us know, and we’ll help you out. We will be providing shuttles from the hotel to the wedding venue and back on Saturday. Check back closer to the date for timing.

We'll be outside in some grassy areas throughout the weekend, so choose your footwear accordingly. Block heels, platforms, wedges, or flats are suggested. Stilettos are not recommended.

Unfortunately, due to the popularity of the Catskills in the fall most hotels in the area including ours do not offer (1) night bookings. Stay the whole weekend if you can :)

While we love your children, we want the wedding to be your weekend off! The only adults not getting a weekend off are the parents of the flower girl.
